Chiffon Cake (1kg)


Chiffon Cake is a light cake similar to a sponge cake with a tender, moist texture, that utilizes vegetable oil in place of butter.

  1. For every pack of miguelitos’s instant chiffon cake premix, prepare 1 1/4 cup oil, 1 1/4 cup of water,and 5 medium-sized eggs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the egss and oil until mixed completely, then add water.
  3. Add the premix to the mixture until no lumps are present, then set aside.
  4. Prepare and grease cake p[ans or molders and pour the batter mixture in each cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Preheat oven toaster dor 10 minutes and bake for 10-20 minutes ( depending on molder size)
  6. Cool for 5 minutes before removing the cake from easch molder.
  7. Top eith your desired toppings and serve.
